Our firm was established in 1981 in Decatur, Alabama, and we have since extended our services throughout Alabama, primarily in Madison, Cullman, Lawrence, and Limestone Counties, including the communities of Huntsville, Madison, Hartselle, Cullman, Moulton and Athens. As a premier real estate law firm, we offer our clients legal services in all matters relating to real estate closings, including title services and escrow, and all probate matters.

Wire Fraud Warning

WARNING – FRAUDULENT FUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

Email hacking and fraud are on the rise to fraudulently misdirect funds. Please call your escrow officer immediately using contact information found from an independent source, such as the sales contract or internet, to verify any funding instructions received. We are not responsible for any wires sent by you to an incorrect bank account.
